We offer a 12-month standard warranty period starting from the date of product shipment. This official warranty covers all quality problems and performance failures caused by manufacturing defects, material flaws and process errors under normal installation and operating conditions. It effectively solves product quality risks for customers in the early and middle stages of equipment operation and ensures stable product performance throughout the project cycle.
The standard warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, equipment overloading, unauthorized modification, human destruction or irresistible natural factors. Beyond warranty protection, we still provide continuous professional after-sales services, including full-cycle technical guidance, product precision calibration, fault diagnosis and equipment maintenance support. We commit to providing timely and effective technical assistance to help customers resolve product usage and operation problems at any time.
